Superstar singer Justin Timberlake and his actress wife Jessica Biel have put their New York penthouse up for sale for $7.995 million. The couple snapped up the apartment in the Soho Mews building in November 2010 for the unusual price of $6,567,713. Last year, they splashed out just over $20 million for a penthouse at the celeb-packed and supposedly “paparazzi proof” 443 Greenwich Street in New York City’s Tribeca – whose other residents are rumoured to include Harry Styles, Jennifer Lawrence, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Meg Ryan and Jake Gyllenhaal. The ‘For Sale’ penthouse is a nearly 2,600-square-foot three-bedroom, with 3.5 bathrooms and a wraparound terrace. The apartment’s other features include floor-to-ceiling windows, “custom wood panelling for optimal art display” and a kitchen with high-end appliances and a bathroom with a two-person soaking tub in front of a huge picture window The building also has a concierge, private parking, a private entrance and a fitness centre.
