The Dynasty icon is said to have punched a cop and EMT when they arrived at her Ventura mansion after a resident called 911. At Ventura Superior Court today before Judge Nancy L. Ayers, Thomas Dunlevy, prosecuting, confirmed Heather would be charged with one misdemeanor count of interfering with a law enforcement officer and two counts of misdemeanor battery for allegedly attacking the first responders. Heather’s co-counsel, Bill Haney, said in court she would plead not guilty. The judge set the next hearing for September 27. Photos of proceedings were allowed by a court officer. Speaking outside the courtroom, Mr Dunlevy said Heather faced a possible year in jail for each of the new offenses. He said he did not know how Heather had reacted to the new charges. Mr Haney refused to comment outside court. Heather was also arrested at her home in February for allegedly attacking a cop after an argument with her boyfriend. She faces five separate charges from that incident.

Heather Locklear did not appear in court today (August 30) as it was revealed she has been charged with more three more offenses after allegedly attacking a cop and an EMT at her home back on June 24 – and she could be jailed for a year for each offense.
