The boys saw a KWTX report about Gerry Suttle after police in Riesel, Texas, issued a warrant for her arrest because the grass on one of her properties was too high. The warrant was issued when the elderly woman failed to appear in court. Suttle, who turns 76 next month, told the station she never received a notice to appear in court.
The Reynolds brothers then spent two hours Wednesday mowing Suttle’s lawn
Others joined in after the brothers got started on a lot Suttle owns across the street from her home, according to KWTX. “We haven’t met her yet, but she’s 75 years old and she needs some help moving,” Blaine Reynolds said. “That’s the least we could do.”
The Reynolds brothers are prepared to help out again and have offered to mow Suttle’s lawn again. “Anything to keep that lady from having to go to court,” Blaine Reynolds said.
